Love food and wine and enjoy cooking different types of cuisine?  then Uzès offers a great opportunity to participate as much or as little as you would like due to the growing popularity of various cooking classes which have sprung up over the last couple of years. My April 5th  post under “French Tales” details my experiences to date and below are details of the various schools plus some of my photographic memories of delightful teachers, great company and especially delicious food and wine sourced from the local Farmer’s market held on Wednesdays or the  general market held each Saturday.
